We Pick Up & Pay

Accept the offer and we'll schedule pickup with our fleet. You get paid the same week — pallets get recycled, repaired, or resold.

What We Buy

We accept pallets in virtually any condition. Whether you have a stack of pristine GMA standards or a pile of broken lumber, we will take it off your hands. Here is a breakdown of what we typically purchase:

Standard 48x40 GMA pallets (all grades)
Non-standard and specialty sizes
Broken or damaged pallets (for recycling)
Plastic pallets
Pallet collars and accessories
Crates and wooden packaging
Heat-treated (HT stamped) pallets
Euro pallets and international sizes
Block-style pallets (all conditions)
Hardwood and softwood pallets

What Affects Your Price

Pallet pricing fluctuates based on several factors. We always offer fair market value and are transparent about how we arrive at your quote.

Condition & Grade

A-grade pallets with no damage command the highest price. B-grade with minor cosmetic issues are still valuable. Even C-grade broken pallets have recycling value — we buy them all.

Size & Type

Standard 48x40 GMA pallets are in highest demand and fetch the best prices. Specialty sizes, Euro pallets, and block-style pallets are priced based on current market availability.

Quantity

More pallets means a better per-unit price. We offer volume bonuses starting at 100 units, with the best rates for loads of 500 or more. Recurring pickups earn even higher rates.

Material

Hardwood pallets (oak, maple) are typically worth more than softwood (pine, spruce) due to their durability and demand for repair stock. Plastic pallets are priced separately.

Market Conditions

Lumber prices, seasonal demand, and regional inventory levels all influence what we can offer. We adjust our buying prices weekly to reflect current conditions.

Pickup Location

Pallets within our core Bay Area zone get the best rates because transport costs are lower. Extended area pickups may have a small adjustment factored into pricing.

Volume-Based Pricing Tiers

The more you sell us, the more you earn per pallet. Here is how our tiered pricing structure works for standard 48x40 GMA pallets in good condition.

Pickup Logistics

We make the pickup process as frictionless as possible. Our fleet handles the heavy lifting so your team can focus on your actual business.

What to Expect

  • We schedule a pickup window that works for your dock hours
  • Our truck arrives with a driver trained in safe pallet handling
  • Pallets are counted and inspected on-site for accurate grading
  • A pickup receipt is provided immediately with quantity and grade breakdown
  • Payment is processed within 5 business days of pickup
  • Recurring pickups can be set on weekly or biweekly schedules

Preparing for Pickup

  • Stack pallets in an accessible area — near a loading dock is ideal
  • Separate different sizes if possible (it speeds up the count)
  • No need to clean, sort by condition, or remove nails
  • Mixed loads are perfectly fine — we sort everything at our facility
  • Ensure forklift access is available, or let us know so we can plan accordingly
  • Hazardous material pallets (chemical spills, etc.) should be flagged in advance

Payment Process

We believe in fast, straightforward payments. Once pallets are picked up and verified, your payment is processed quickly with no runaround.

Payment Methods

Company check, direct deposit (ACH), or credit applied to future pallet purchases. We work with whatever suits your accounting department.

Payment Timeline

Standard payment within 5 business days of pickup. Recurring accounts with established history can arrange same-week payment.

Documentation

Every pickup generates a detailed receipt showing quantity, grade breakdown, per-unit price, and total payout. Perfect for your records.

Recurring Accounts

Businesses with regular pallet surplus can set up an ongoing buyback account. We track your history, offer consistent pricing, and simplify the paperwork.

Bulk & Recurring Programs

If your operation generates a steady stream of used pallets, our recurring buyback program is the most convenient and profitable option.

Warehouse Cleanouts

Moving, downsizing, or reorganizing? We handle full-scale cleanouts of any size. Our team has cleared facilities with thousands of pallets in a single visit. One contact, one trip, one check.

Recurring Pickups

Set a schedule that matches your pallet accumulation rate — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Our drivers learn your dock layout, know your team, and keep the process smooth every time.

Distribution Center Programs

High-volume DCs generate pallets constantly. We build custom programs with dedicated trucks, priority scheduling, and premium pricing that reflects the consistent, high-quality supply.

What Our Sellers Say

We had over 800 pallets taking up space in our yard. Oakland Pallets cleared them in two days and we got a check by Friday. Could not have been easier.

Clarence M.
Warehouse Manager

The recurring pickup program saves us about six hours of labor a month. The driver knows our dock, shows up on schedule, and we get paid automatically. We should have done this years ago.
