Retail Floor Ready
When pallets are visible to customers — on store floors, in warehouse clubs, at trade shows — appearance matters. Our Grade A pallets are clean, uniform, and free of visible damage. Every pallet in our retail-grade inventory is hand-selected for appearance, with no staining, no repaired boards, and no cosmetic defects.
Retail display pallets need to support your brand, not undermine it. A splintered, stained pallet beneath premium merchandise sends the wrong message. Our display-grade selection ensures that the pallet complements your product presentation rather than detracting from it.
We can also provide branded pallets with your logo or color for premium retail presentations. Branding options include stencil printing, heat branding, and full-wrap shrink labels applied to the pallet face boards.
E-Commerce Fulfillment
High-throughput fulfillment centers need pallets that work reliably with automated systems, conveyors, and pick-and-pack stations. A single out-of-spec pallet can jam a conveyor line, stopping picks for an entire zone and delaying hundreds of orders.
Our Grade B pallets deliver the consistency and structural integrity needed for automated operations — at significantly lower cost than new. Every pallet is inspected for dimensional accuracy, board integrity, and fastener condition before delivery.
For fulfillment centers processing 10,000+ orders per day, we offer dedicated supply programs with daily delivery, priority quality grading, and a guaranteed pallet specification that your operations team can rely on shift after shift.
Display Pallet Options
Different retail environments call for different pallet sizes and materials. We offer a full range of display pallet options from standard full-size to compact quarter pallets, in both wood and plastic, to fit any retail merchandising strategy.
Grade A Display Pallets
Our highest-quality wood pallets, selected for clean appearance, uniform color, and zero visible damage. No staining, no repairs, no missing boards. These pallets are suitable for retail showroom floors, warehouse club displays, and trade show presentations where customers interact directly with product on the pallet.
Half Pallets (24x40 & 24x48)
Designed for aisle-end and promotional displays where a full 48x40 pallet would occupy too much floor space. Half pallets fit neatly in retail end-caps and allow customers to access product from multiple sides. Available in Grade A wood or plastic.
Quarter Pallets (24x20)
Compact display platforms for point-of-sale promotions, seasonal merchandise, and high-margin impulse items. Quarter pallets are lightweight, easy to position, and create a professional presentation without requiring full pallet quantities of product.
Plastic Display Pallets
Molded HDPE pallets with smooth, clean surfaces that present well in customer-facing environments. Available in black, blue, or custom colors. Plastic pallets eliminate splinter risk, are washable between uses, and maintain their appearance indefinitely.
Fulfillment Center Solutions
E-commerce fulfillment is one of the most demanding pallet environments in any industry. Speed, consistency, and automation compatibility are non-negotiable. Our fulfillment programs are designed for the specific operational requirements of high-throughput distribution.
Conveyor Compatibility
E-commerce fulfillment centers rely heavily on conveyor systems, and pallet dimensional inconsistency is the primary cause of conveyor jams. Our fulfillment-grade pallets are sorted for dimensional accuracy within a quarter-inch tolerance on all three axes. Bottom board spacing is verified for compatibility with roller conveyor systems.
Automated System Integration
Automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) have the tightest pallet tolerances in any industry. We supply pallets that meet AS/RS specifications for height consistency, deck flatness, and structural rigidity. Pre-delivery inspection includes dimensional verification using calibrated gauges.
Pick-and-Pack Station Supply
Individual pick stations consume pallets at predictable rates. Our managed supply program delivers pallets directly to your staging area on a schedule that matches your order volume. During peak periods, we increase delivery frequency automatically based on your consumption data.
Returns Processing
E-commerce returns generate significant pallet demand for re-palletizing and restocking operations. We supply economy-grade pallets for returns processing at lower cost points, since these pallets typically see shorter service lives and less demanding load requirements.
Branded Pallet Programs
Your pallet is part of your customer experience. When merchandise arrives on a pallet bearing your logo and brand colors, it reinforces brand identity at every touchpoint — from the distribution center dock to the retail store floor. Branded pallets also reduce pallet loss by making your pallets easily identifiable in multi-tenant facilities.
We offer three branding methods: stencil printing for simple logo and text applications, heat branding for permanent marks that withstand outdoor exposure, and full-face shrink labels for photographic-quality graphics and promotional messaging. Branding can be applied to new or Grade A recycled pallets.
Winslow, the visual merchandising director at a Northern California specialty retailer, implemented branded pallets for their in-store displays and reported a measurable improvement in brand perception scores during customer surveys. The branded pallets also reduced pallet loss from their warehouse club locations by 35% because employees and receiving teams could easily identify and return them.
Seasonal Surge Planning
Retail pallet demand is not flat. It follows the retail calendar, with significant spikes during back-to-school, Black Friday, and holiday shipping seasons. Our seasonal planning program ensures you have the pallets you need during peak periods without overstocking during slow months.
Q1 (Jan-Mar)
Post-holiday inventory replenishment. Moderate pallet demand as retail restocks spring merchandise and processes holiday returns.
Q2 (Apr-Jun)
Steady-state operations. Ideal period for pallet inventory audits and program optimization. Seasonal garden and outdoor products drive incremental demand.
Q3 (Jul-Sep)
Back-to-school and pre-holiday buildup begins. Pallet consumption increases 20-30% as distribution centers stock for Q4. This is the critical window to lock in supply commitments.
Q4 (Oct-Dec)
Peak season. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday shipping drive pallet demand to annual highs. Our surge programs pre-position inventory to prevent shortages during the most critical weeks.
Our surge program works by establishing a baseline consumption rate during Q1 and Q2, then scaling supply upward in Q3 and Q4 based on your projected demand. We begin pre-positioning inventory 6 to 8 weeks before your peak season starts. Committed surge quantities are held in dedicated inventory at our facility, guaranteeing availability even when market-wide pallet supply tightens during the holidays.
Retail Compliance Standards
Major retailers enforce strict pallet specifications for inbound shipments. Non-compliant pallets are rejected at the dock, delaying your delivery and costing you chargebacks. We maintain familiarity with the pallet requirements of the major retail chains and supply compliant pallets by default.
Walmart SQEP Standards
Walmart requires suppliers to ship on GMA-standard 48x40 pallets that meet specific structural criteria. Pallets must be free of contamination, have no protruding nails, and meet dimensional tolerances. We maintain Walmart-compliant inventory and can provide compliance documentation for vendor onboarding.
Costco Pallet Specifications
Costco specifies 4-way entry block pallets for many product categories, with strict requirements for deck board coverage and load capacity. Display pallets must meet additional appearance standards. Our Grade A block pallets are pre-selected for Costco compliance.
Amazon Fulfillment Standards
Amazon FBA has specific requirements for pallet type, dimensions, stacking, and labeling. Standard 48x40 GMA pallets in good condition are required. We supply pallets that meet Amazon receiving criteria to prevent shipment rejections at fulfillment center docks.
Target Vendor Requirements
Target distribution centers require standard 48x40 pallets with specific board configurations. Pallets must be structurally sound with no repairs visible on the top deck. Our Grade A inventory meets Target vendor compliance requirements.
